Our thing is gluten. We make pasta, we make pizza, we make bread. Without gluten we would be at a lost. The thought of mixing soy flours, potato flours, corn flours and binding agents like xantham gums to make a product that was original only 2 or 3 things would break our hearts. So our conviction to a little protein that helped start civilisations, brought families together and shared with friends is why we will always be pro gluten.

Tuesday is our focus on handmade regional pasta dishes, keeping it quality at a great price.
Wednesdays we love pizza a little bit more, a change up from our normal menu with a little something for everyone. All our breads are made on our own ‘biga’ a sourdough culture that creates a little of its own special magic.
Thursday is all things meaty and delicious, Porchetta and rosated lamb, served with potatoes cooked in dripping and Italian condiments to go with it.
